Refused Classification

If a movie is refused a classification it is illegal for it to be publicly exhibited, sold, or hired. A movie can be refused a classified for a number of matters of crime violence, or abuse of the prescribed drug. Films featuring unduly relished like or detailed acts of extreme violence, or cruelty are refused classification. Explicit depictions of sexual activity are also refused. Any movie containing depiction of child sexual abuse or otherwise and may offend an adult person will also be refused classification.
