Corporate Services Division

Mrs. Nancy Kilala - Executive Manager Corporate Services Division

The Corporate Services Division (CSD) consists of three (3) branches;

  1. Finance and Admin 
  2. Human Resource; and
  3. Information, Communication and Technology respectively.

The Division is headed by an Executive Manager – Corporate Services, who reports directly to the Deputy Chief Censor.
The Division provides overall support services to the Executive Management and the other divisions.

  1. FINANCE BRANCH
    The finance branch has three (3) sections; Expenditure, Revenue and Budget sections respectively, all with the objective of ensuring that the Office is complying with the Public Finance Management Act and other relevant instructions and circulars and also maintaining prudent accountability and transparency practice.
  1. HUMAN RESOURCE BRANCH
    Human Resource has two (2) sub-sections; Human Resource and Salary, all with the objective of strengthening the skills, competencies and abilities of staff in order to deliver more effectively and efficiently in accomplishing the Goal and Vision of the Office of Censorship and its Board.
  1. INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY BRANCH
    Information Communication Technology has three (3) sub-sections; Network and Technical Support, and Database Support all with one main objective of providing a quality, reliable, efficient and effective ICT system for the Office of Censorship and its Board in its daily operations.
