The Office of Censorship invites expressions of interest for the provision of Database Development services.

The Information Technology & Communication (ICT) Division within the Office has the important role in establishing a networking system whereby all data and information on the Office of Censorship is centralized for easy access on and offline.

In particular, interested service providers will be expected to carry out the entire process of putting the requirements of three specific areas into a well-planned data base.

These areas are;

  1. Enforcement & Compliance
  2. Strategic Policy & Coordination
  3. Human Resource Management

Interested service providers should be compatible in ensuring consistent data, elimination of data redundancy, efficient execution of queries and high performance application.

Interested service providers shall provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services: A cover letter introducing the consulting firm and providing a summary of relevant experience, a CV of the key proposed key personnel detailing his/her qualifications and relevant detailed experience (including the number of years worked and degree of responsibility held in various assignments during the last five years) and the details of two referees who can attest to the experience of the consulting firm relevant to the services.

Interested service providers must be a PNG registered entity and must also provide valid documentary evidence demonstrating the currency of;

Company Registration Certificate from IPA PNG Tax Registration Certificate from IRC Documentary evidence of appropriate insurances

The Office of Censorship will accept Expressions of Interest (EOI) submission sent by email only with the subject line EOI OOC-ICT-Database. Your EOI must be emailed to the address below by 1600hrs on Friday 19th June, 2020 and addressed to –
